Okay, here is the post I’ve been meaning to write for many weeks now…

First, if you haven’t seen Caine’s cardboard arcade get flashmobbed, watch this…

 Second, this camera is my new favorite thing…the only problem is that I am terrible at taking pictures with it. The film is more than a little pricey, so I can’t afford to practice too much (evident in these snapshots taken around New York and New Haven). But there is something so satisfying about taking a picture, hearing a little whir, and then having your photograph pop out into your hand in just a few seconds. I love the vintage feel of Polaroids and I love that Urban Outfitters is working to bring back the instant camera. It’s a lovely little break from this insanely digital world.

Finally, a small 146 Poems of Love update…I am still waiting for quite a few contracts and bios, so if you haven’t sent yours in yet, please do! I am not able to move too far ahead with the publishing process until I have permission to publish everyone’s work…The sooner you send ‘em in, the sooner you will hold a copy of your work in published form. J 

Also, I have begun editing some of the written pieces. If I have questions or suggestions for grammatical/spelling issues, I’ll be sending out emails soon. Remember that all final edits are up to the writers. If you do not agree with an edit, feel free to let me know…
